Accompanied by one of our guides you will experience a wonderful day of fishing on a beautiful mountain stream while stalking Trophy Class Rainbow Trout than can reach lengths up to 28-30 inches and have a weight of up to 10lbs or better.

We have seveal stream locations to Trophy Trout waters to available to our clients here at clearwater. Weather you are a first time fly fisherman or a seasoned angler. From drifting some big stone to casting a dry fly, it's all about the presentation, and making the right drift. The waters that we fish are all clasic mountain streams located the North Georgia mountains. Two of our venues are perfect for beginners as they are very open, which makes for easy casting. While the other two have more overhead cover and tighter areas. This requires the angler to control you their casting and make each shot count. These waters will test your skills and make you better in the process.

Most of our fishing activities will take place on Mountaintown Creek. We have some wonderful water available to us here along with stream side cabins. Our waters have a nice mixture of natives and some stocked fish. Rainbows are predomenitly what we catch, but on two of the four we do get into some really nice browns on occasion. Our small fish are usually in the 14-16 inch range. While a nice average fish will be in the 18-20 inch class, and will weigh in around the 4-5lb range. So no matter what your skill level is, we have the place thats right for you.
